Impossible to delete a directory

Hi!
I have this problem; when i try to delete a directory, appares a message that request an autorization (see scrennshot). I am the administrator. If i click on "next" the message appares again and is not possible to delete it. Anyone can help me? Thank you very much.

Let's me see if I can help you. I can think of two methods to solve your problem.
First method.
Go to the folder, right click, properties, security, advanced, change the owner to that of your profile and try to see if the folder can now be deleted.
Second method.
Download and install "IObit Unlocker". This program unlocks objects and allows you to make copies, deletions, etc.
